- We moved into our present house in June 2005 finding the old Vokera boiler in place. As excited new homeowners we insured it's central heating maintenance with British Gas. Over the years British gas quoted us to replace the boiler with new model , Worcester preferred type but it never happened due to the very high quoted price! The latest quoted boiler was price being this January2017. We could still not afford it through them and their latest quote! An idea came to mind to find alternative quote! Your company came through together with 4 others as best to talk last but one week in January 2017. Your Nick called me , very nice polite gentleman, listened to my requirements and said he would send Paul to meet me at home. Appointment was set for Saturday 28/1/17. Indeed Paul arrived Saturday 28/1/17. First good impressions we made of him as knocked and welcomed him into our house. Paul probed our present situation professionally and we basically told him what I have already mentioned above with British Gas. Paul then introduced his company to us , what they do , areas they cover so far in U.K. , review websites we can independently verify how good your company is and your accreditation with Worcester our choice of boiler. Paul explained how efficient the new boiler would be and potential savings due to this efficiency! I asked him loads of questions and he satisfied me with the answers. Paul surveyed the areas for work on the property, explaining reasons why certain positions would be better than others and benefits ! He showed real customer care and listened to me! He was not pushing like I have experienced with other people selling service/products ! Seeing the benefits of Worcester we set our eyes upon it! Paul then comprehensively went through how the boiler works and what exactly would happen if we placed order. He explained about boiler guarantee and also your maintenance packages which we can go for at end of 12 mths ! He also explained some maintenance we can sign up for now other than the new boiler on guarantee ! It was evident Paul was not rushed and here for us. Once we were happy with everything It was finance time! We did not want finance in order to save charges ! We made a cash spread proposal and Paul flexibly and instantly spoke to his boss, who flexibly and instantly approved our request for spread cash Pmts! This was the best part on the meeting because previously we attempted same with British Gas but in vain! Paul took decisive action, no long chain and this sealed the deal! We signed the deal and placed order! Very free business talk and very serious business outcomes! This is what business should be like! I will certainly refer family and friends to your company and I am sure Paul would be so delighted to see them!
