You have 14 working days from the date of confirmation to contact us and cancel your Clever Care service plan.
To be eligible for this cancellation, no work should have been undertaken or completed as part of the Service plan and you must contact us either by email or in writing within the given period.
Once we receive your communication, we will notify you that we have received your request to cancel.
If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or bank account (or original method of payment). The time it takes to receive your refund will depend on your card issuer’s or banks policies.
