An Ideal combi boiler provides heating and hot water from a single compact unit, with no need for a separate cylinder or cold water tank. The Logic+ and Vogue Max combi ranges are suitable for the majority of UK homes and are our most commonly installed Ideal models.
An Ideal system boiler works alongside a separate hot water cylinder and is better suited to larger properties with higher hot water demand. The Logic+ System range is ideal for homes with multiple bathrooms where a combi may struggle to keep up with simultaneous demand.
An Ideal conventional boiler suits older properties with existing traditional heating systems, a cold water tank in the loft and a separate hot water cylinder. It’s the right choice where a full system upgrade is not practical or where the existing setup is better retained.
Annual servicing is essential to keep your Ideal boiler running efficiently, safely and within the terms of your warranty. Your warranty requires your boiler to be serviced every year by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
We offer boiler servicing and full heating system cover through our Clever Care servicing plans, giving you a straightforward way to protect your Ideal boiler long after installation.
Extended warranty cover is available through Clever Energy when your boiler is installed by a registered installer and serviced annually.
As experienced, professional and registered installers, we register every warranty on your behalf. You receive full written confirmation of your warranty cover before we leave your property.
